Avatar no more - HELP Jim
Hi I removed my Avatar wanting to replace it with another but it was denied. I made sure it was 4kb and within the maximum size etc... tried another and that failed. Now I have no Avatar. Can you help Jim/mods?

This might be considered non PC but if you add a new avatar to another forum (such as BXP) then you can link to it from here. Upload the avatar on another forum, right mouse button and select properties, copy the http: address, paste that into your profile here.
I do this principally so i only have to change one avatar and it changes across multiple forums, job done!

Should be fixed now Phil.
It was a permissions error on the server.
I've just changed mine as a test..
let me know if it is all OK now...
Vanny, that method of doing an avatar is quite PC by me. Whatwever works best really.

Well it looks a bit less nice as of a couple of hours ago. A neighbourhood twerp in a Warrior 4x4 slid into my parked BX and stove in the driver's door, taking the mirror with it. No broken window, luckily, but it's fubar now. Luckily he came to my door and said it's a company insurance claim, so we'll sort it out on Monday...
I need to make a post elsewhere on here to ask for some advice. And a door!
