If you have trouble getting one Aaron I can send you one, they actually last forever though, would suggest belt tighten, LHM/Hydrorincage etc first.

done that stewart but my last pump seized up on the M1 and the only replacement i had i have no history on and you can hear it cavitating when it is running so i suspect it has a weak piston. How much would you want for one
I don't see that a stuck piston would cause any noise at all - are you sure you haven't got an air leak on the inlet side? They leak inwards when they perish and often the ends get damaged on re-fitting. You may be able to see air in the reservoir.
checked that there is no fizzing or bubbles in the lhm tank but if someone has a good pump pipe as well i will try that to see if the pipe is slightly porous.
As for this pump... if it's cavitating, then there's definitely air getting in on the suction side somewhere.
Quick check: run the engine with the pressure bleed bolt undone a turn, and see if you get green guinness-type froth in the tank. I have a feeling there will be some.
Ok thanks i will have a go i think i have some garden hose somewhere. Does anyone know where to get a replacement pump pipe from?
The scooter already has alloys what i need is some nice hydraulic suspension on it after all its body is made from the same material as most of the Citroen.
Hi sleepy, if you can find the damaged bit then plumbers 15mm copper pipe is a tight fit inside the original feed hose, I have a few spare pumps so you can have one for the postage.
