Wanted - Black 16V dash

I'm looking for a good condition black 16V dash.

The curent owner of my old Phase 1 is nearing the completion of the cars overall and the dash is cracked in the section that sits directly under the windscreen.

It's been a while since I took a dash out, I can remember that this extension piece is fastened to the main dash and you have to take the whole lot out to access it.

Does anybody have a complete good dash or this front piece on its own

Mine has cracked in the same place, so I think they all do that.

I would not have thaught it was worth changing the dash it unless there were other jobs to do behind it.

Hi Mike,

My mate has spent a lot of time and effort on the car and wants it to be perfect.

He's all set to change the dash if one turns up.

Will ANY black dash do?
Or does it have to have the 16v badge?
As it goes, I can provide a non 16v black dash, or a dash from a P1 16v with a "16v" badge on it, as opposed to a "16 valve" badge..
I will have to check the condition of that one though, it may not be perfect.

Hi Doc,

Can you let me know on condition and price of both dashes.

The guy I know who is looking for one isn't botherered about the badge (can swap or stick the "16valve" badge on), he just wants a good black dash.
