Hmm, low mileage for age is a positive, the dragster look less so & both front inner wings requiring welding is at least £150. Could be a great car potentially with some fettling or if you can weld. Headlight is easily sorted for around £20-30max, bargain possibly? Lack of mot is a worry though as what else could crop up? I reckon scrap tbh, go on someone, prove me wrong & buy it
