Thats a very late DTR, and what a beauty, maybe an ex Citroen car with the ARD reg?

I don't like the look of the shut lines on the bonnet against the wings, seems a bit odd, aside from that a rare car & low mileage for age & its my 2nd favourite colour after olympic blue.

Maybe the bonnets not shut? either way its an easy adjustment.

what's that corregated pipe that runs off the top of the radiator to the right of the air intake tube? It's missing on my 1.9D even though I have the plastic shroud thingie on the radiator. I assumed it was a common part with the turbo version where maybe it was used. steve

Thats the air inlet to the Air Filter box designed I think to give cool forced air throught the filter into the air intake pipe you refer to. If you haven't got that your air filter is just picking up air direct from the engine bay. I wouldn't realy think it would actualy make much difference to the running of your engine.

It certainly does look nice, and I don't really like diesels or manuals. If I hadn't committed to the 1.9TRS (hopefully collecting next week!) then I'd be tempted myself.
