Ignition Switch

Hi Everyone.
I'm a club virgin but after a few minutes whizzing around the site it looks really good and mostly to the point.

I have a problem with my BX17RD turbo. Had to call the RAC as the key jammed in the ignition switch. He kindly removed it, then the switch, by sawing it in half. It was well b......d anyway as all the wee plungers were worn out. A bit disappointing after only 308,000 miles (Yes! Miles not K's). So does anyone have a switch they want to sell or can you tell me where to find one at a reasonable cost. I've tried the www. breakers with no positive response yet.
Any help gratefully received as it's just passed the MoT again and we want to drive it.

Thanks for the welcome folks and for the info. I found what I wanted immediately and deal has been done. That's probably quicker than buying on VOR from the dealers and a mite less costly too.

As for record mileage Matthew, a mate of mine had a 1.9 which, last time I drove it had done 320,000. It rattled a bit but was still game for a charge.
As for pics, well, I'd be ashamed to show them. She is a working car, goes like the wind, although using a bit more oil than she should, but she's not the Belle of the Ball. She was belted up the chuff some time ago by a daft bugger on a motorbike and was a Cat A write off. I bought her as salvage and haven't repaired the damage to the rear quarter panel. Also, she doesn't wash very often.
