That's assuming the new owner is bothered about originality. Hypothetically speaking, someone could perhaps buy it and put in a nice (grey?) leather interior...
Maybe in other's eyes that would devalue the car? Each to their own and all that.

I was wondering if a little bit of upholstery couldn't be harvested from an unseen area to effect a patch repair? Looks like someone's held a lighter to the seat.

Grey leather, i don't think that looks good in any car tbh, unless its actually a modern grey colour rather than the usual pensioner grey that some cars seem to have had fitted, eeeeeezzzz uuuuuuuuuuuuuugly. Only my opinion of course :wink:

Seat damage can be repaired - Medway Citroen advised me that they have someone who could do this.

this car was first registered 13 August 1992 so is one of the last by the way

Keith Davis (Davies) Citroen specialists, Aldford, Nr Chester did have one VERY tidy full Hurricane interior in his loft for sale a few yaers back. If anyone's interested in the car it might be worth giving Keith a bell if they want to mint it up.

That would be ideal for the other Hurricane for sale with the wrong interior in it!
