Torque loads for the cylinder head TXD BX 1.9 Diesel ????

Hello. I am new to this site and have previously check the forums for a problem that I have had with the Citroen BX 1.9 1993 diesel.

The problem started with the water coolant taking in air form somewhere done all the usual stuff like checking thermostat, radiator cap and ended up changing the head gasket. this still did not solve the problem so have just had the head pressure tested and has had a slight skim.

I am about to rebuild the engine and would like to know the torque loads on this particular model ?

3 stages:
Stage 1: 30NM
Stage 2: 60NM
Stage 3: 180°

It appears my torque wrench is old and does not have NM
Can someone please give me the loads on Foot Pounds or KGS

Stage 1: 30NM =22.13 foot pounds
Stage 2: 60NM =44.25 foot pounds
Stage 3: 180°

I hope I have converted this correctly?
