''160,000 and drives like new'' A rather bold statement!

Unlike the O/S/F wing !

With the seller listing ANOTHER vehicle which looks a bit trashed and possibly the subject of an insurance total loss (which could therefore be on a Cat. 'C' or 'D') but nothing has been stated ?

So like-wise the relatively minor wing damage to this BX would be enough to write it off too !

So IMHO I would recommend any-one seriously contemplating bidding/purchasing this BX to ask the seller the question if its been a total loss and placed on the DVLA Cat. 'C' or 'D' register, also if it has an MOT and so for how long ?

This subject was recently discussed in THIS thread and in THIS one too a while back.

Whether it is an insurance loss or not, hopefully it should scrub up well when the wing is sorted and will make a nice BX for someone, at least this Hurricane has not had the interior swapped out like the LAST-ONE which was for sale !

Just looked this up & someone has already asked about the MOT - about a month left, which doesn't leave much time to sort any problems out if you are buying to use!

So its Taxed and tested for the drive home at least? Are those the original wheels, i thought they had dark centres on the Hurricanes?
