I bought one of these not so long ago..coming to australia i got gouged a bit on the postage ...19 quid!!..actual cost was 13.70..
but still cheap enough..and having it on hand is useful..
Issue being though it is not identical to the one currently installed in as much as there is no connection at the top of the unit for the no gas-pressure compressor cut-out switch. There is another connector further down almost in the middle but not sure if this is the alternative connection point for the cut-out switch..
Any thoughts??

They're now down to 4.99!!.. and just bought another one..I now have one for both the TRS and the GT 
.but hey it seems anything to do with aircond on the bx doesn't seem to rate much if anything on the forum ....

To answer your question, both receiver driers I've had on this car have had the pressure switch about half way down, so should be fine.
Not that many people with A/C over here, and I missed the question the first time you posted...
