Sounds like you could be trading one set of problems for another, them's the choices i'm afraid, you'll probably only know if you bought it as to whether it was worth the effort or not Paul.

My gut feeling is that as long as you know what parts of your car need sorting, then at least its a known quantitiy & you know approx how much its going to cost to get fixed. The estate could have a load of nasties just hiding or rearing its head in the non too distant future. If you could do most of the work yourself, then its not an issue, but my impression is that you know less than i do, so personally i wouldnt bother, just my opinon of course

Well ive got some more mony. Companstation becase i had no warning for the lost of my job. Theres enghough to sort my car out or get rid get another one. So im not to sure at the moment. The other day i was driving my car. The lever was on normal setting but the ride hieght was on top. I didnt know what had happened atthe time. I booked my car in at bullwinkles. Then later on i pot the lever on top setting. Then put it back to normal setting. It was ok after that. I drove 10 miles with it on top setting. It was well bouncy and hard.
If somone outs bid me ill leave it.

TBH Paul i think its on the money at the moment. Leaking suspension will put alot of people off and that big rusty bubble on the rear wing has put me off.

Hope you get it Paul. It will make a lovely car with a bit of money thrown at it but dont leave yourself skint with another poorly car ?

yep im a bit worred about the rust bits but surly it cant be that bad. If its still got mot till december there must be a good reason for the car. Ill have to wax oil it like i did with mine as soon as. See what bullwinkles think as well. pluS mine had a leak on the return pipe. Is that the same. If it goes to plan ill have spen the same amout fixing mine but ive got another car and sorted the leak out at the same price. When i get a job sorted save up to fix mine then run the green one in. Or somthing like that. Anyway see what happerns.
