Whe didnt he put it on when there was a bit of tax mot. Makes it easer for everyone. He will get a bit more monye. Easer to collect

Not really driveable Paul as heater matrix is pissing water out. Suppose you could temporarily by-pass heater . Its done just over 200000miles.
