White BX on M3, Winchester

spotted on a wendsday on the M3, southbound, nr Wincherster services a white BX hatch, tidy looking car, with widows in rear pillar, ( a 19 trs??) what was interesting was the fact it was not english regisgered as far as i could tell, but had a big red square on bonnet with white chevrons!! so very distictive!! 8)
any one know/seen it?
GSA X1,GSA estate, GSA PALLAS C-matic,Simca 1100,Renault 16TX auto, yellow Visa super E, wanted mk1 bx!

I also saw it passing Jct6 at Basingstoke, I was in my White TGD.

I flashed him, and he returned the favor.
I have zero patience for your tedium.
