Couldn't believe my eyes.

Driven by quite an elderly woman.

That top one looks very nice. I'm not a fan of the double 'Morette' headlights though on the other one, could be quickly rectified of course!

I just bought a set of four of those mudflaps new old stock off Ebay here in Sausageside. I was despairing of finding any for my Break to preserve its newly restored underside when some turned up listed only as being for Citroen without any model mentioned. As I've got them fitted on my TRD I knew what they were and put in the only bid. Didn't come with fixings though.

Leave that with me for a day and I would have it looking more like it, I think the morettes only suit Modified cars, if at all.

Wobbler, I know of one available for sale, in that maroon colour.

It's a 19 TRD - top of the range.

LHD, ex ITALIAN .... a few battle scars, but that's authentic, non?

It's wearing metric alloys too.

The only snagette is that a heater pipe's gone .... I think it's the engine block end of one of the matrix pipes..... and it's a bugger to get to without moving the engine forward a bit. This means it won't hold coolant, it just all pishes out.... :(

Here's the original for sale thread:

Oh I see you posted on that thread at the time

Pics.. when I find some!

Mark.

Yeah, very tempting but logistics could be a challenge. I do own an ideal tow vehicle - a Range Rover - but less ideal is the that fact that it's rubbish (brakes need work, battery borked).

I did!!!

And found out that she's a bit of an old bat that doesn't want to part with her BX.

After seeing it for the first time at 7am on the way to uni, I'm seeing it about quite a bit. It really is a minter. Original dealer stickers, and those mudflaps that you have already mentioned.

Crappy pic on iPhone when I saw it again on Monday night: No passenger wing mirror, I take it it's meant to be that way!?

Nice colour for a BX , i'd not seen this colour previously. In this case each panel/part is a different shade of maroon. What price a respray.
