Ahh. I hope you - or anyone else- wasn't hurt. You must be heart broken...

You might find your search a little tricky. But, have you ever considered doing a BX 16v estate? (Not mine!).... just a thought. :)

BIG commiserations :-({|= I'm unlucky enough to have had the 'I've just twatted my BX' blues - on two seperate occasions so you have my deepest sympathy.

It's unlikely you'll get counselling on the NHS but a few private sessions might be helpful in dealing with it all! :D

Sorry to hear that Leo. I'm sure something will come along. There's still quite a few nice ones in France to be had and I know of two black ones here in Germany for sale very cheap but that would be left hand drive and the logistics of moving them too..

Hi Leo,

Photos would be useful for us to comment on the damage.

You would be surprised what spares people have stashed away and the damage can sometime not be as bad as you think.

Sorry to hear about the accident , it looked a beauty , I know there was a dealer down south with 3 or 4 valvers which he had stashed in a barn . Theres details on here , I rang and he mentioned £1500 + for one. Hope you manage to find a good one , failing that what about a Zx16v ? I'm more than happy with mine , or transplanting the Bx engine into a Zx volcane 4 door , now that would be a cracking combination . Found the details here's the link hope it's of help http://www.bxclub.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14440

Isn't it worth hanging on to yours for now? If you can't find a RHD one here, then looking for a LHD from the continent where you can transplant the handed stuff from yours on to it such as the steering rack, dash etc?

Sorry to hear that mate. If you\'ve got the room, definately worth hanging onto yours until you find a new one, because you can guarantee you\'ll need some bits off it. They do pop up from time to time, and they\'re still not worth big money (if they ever are) so finding a replacement shouldn\'t be hard. Just don\'t be too picky like most people.

Get some pics up though....nothing\'s impossible to fix you know!

Very sad news. The right one will come along, maybe you can find one that's unregistered and with the parts from your red one bring it back to road fairing condition?

Best of luck with it all the same!
