It's a good idea, though I'd aim for a specific day as many like me will just do the day trip I expect.

Good point, I will be there for the full 4 days but probably the Sunday would be the best "get together" day for the BXC?.

I'd probably go with the suday too. I don't fancy camping over with what will be two 3 year old twins and a 6month old baby!
