Window motor

Post by Neil1 »

Hi BX Fans,

I was wondering if anyone had a passenger side window motor for sale? I think they were all the same, regardless of model, but it is for a 1988 16RE.

Thank you!

Best wishes from Neil

I remember driving a brand new 16RE out of The Forge Motor Company back in 1988 fo rthe princly sum of £7027 on the road. Did 130k in three years including a drive down to Greece!!

Never missed a beat and went on for at least another 4 years after I got rid of it :-)

When was the last time you saw a pair of BX's parked on a street? (unless it was my road of course!)

The white one is my 1988 16RE, which I bought in 1998, and the other is a 1992 TGD in Morello Red, which I was given a decade later! Both lovely cars to drive.
