Sorry black caps but there are some snow chains in the boot the previous owner supplied as well as a Thule Roof Rack. So Now I have 4 sets of the same size chains and two roof racks.
btw, Winters over here. Although trying to explain that it is to early to do the alpine walking tracks to certain northern hemisphere Rugby followers has been a mission.

Jokes aside white was the main colour to be seen on NZ roads in the early 1990s apparently because of the low ozone and high UV levels that effect the paintwork of colour pigmented cars.
Whites actually easier to see witht he lush green backgrounds more common.

I have nothing against white BXs, in case anyone asks. It would be daft for anyone with a St Tropez to suggest white is anything other than the ideal colour for a BX.
(That's southern hemisphere South and not the Isle of Wight BTW)
...which means that anyone with a Venetian Pink BX would have an even harder job keeping their car looking fresh if they moved South.kiwi wrote:low ozone and high UV levels... effect the paintwork of colour pigmented cars.
