Took the rad out today, easier than a Mk 11 diesel, more space. Had to go into Tun wells so didnt have time to back wash it, will do it tomorrow.

Thanks for that Vince,

I found it very difficult to get my head around posting pics on the forum but if you open a photobucket a/c[free], upload a piccy and then click on [img] on the box that shows[img] and then when you wish to post a reply, there is an img box parallel to the word message body, click on that and press CTRL V and Bobs your uncle. Worked for me and now posting pics is a doddle.

As for the motor, i think you should have bought it, very glad you didnt as she is a very rare beastie indeed, as Tim will agree. May have to spend a few shillings to get her to perfection but will endevour to do a few shows next year.

Looking lovely Andy. Great car, and that interior is amazing! I had a few photobucket nighmares before I finally worked it out - easy (when you know how! :D )

Thanks Paul,

I shall do my best to keep her on the road, this forum is a great help. Even bought a set of alun keys for the bleed nut over the thermostat for when i refit the rad. Just finding out that that it musnt be over tightened from other members is fantastic advice you just could not get from doing it on your own.

It is an excellent site - I love it. But it can be rather addictive I find? . . .
