I don't think That's particularly out of order to be honest. A lot of people prefer the 8v to the 16v.

I think it looks quite nice. Comes with a plip and everything

still a lot of money for an old petrol car. Diesel maybe up there, petrol not IMO (and my BX is petrol)

Theres an on going (and interesting) debate on here regarding BX prices, even if the variance is rarely more than a few hundred quid. Not so in France (eg.ebay.fr). They have examples with grass growing out of em for three grand and low mileage stuff at the same time for a few hundred euros! Theres no kind of level playing field there.

Their equivalent BX forum wont know which way to turn!

I sold my 8v for £950, so that level of price seems to be consistent for that type of car. Mine did drive really nicely & was quick, i still miss that car as it was fun to drive.

£1000 isnt THAT much money these days, now dont jump on me for making light of the value of money etc but it isnt, I see people spend that on a upgraded satnav regularly!

I do hope that the value of nice examples (this one/that 19DTR) do go up as it will take them out of banger terriotory and in to the hands of people who want to own them.

"Haggerty" was a low miles example but needed a few bits, you did well.
