I was heading home up the A38 north of Falfield this evening

when I spotted what I think was a BX hatch with yellow headlights heading the other way - I say I think as it was 6:30pm and dark, but the headlight shape and general outline was right!

Or it would be me!! I popped to the chip shop at Whitminster, and I also have yellow lights.... in fact chris and I passed each other.
Our clique is quite distinctive you know!

Could have been JD I guess. Since I went don the 38 through Falfield and you turned off for Frampton I guess it may be more likely to be me unless Mike went further north than I would to go to his place..

Thats 4 yellow lighted BX's in Brizzle then, and yet the only one I ever see aside from mine is JD's...
Infact aside from that elusive silver estate I never see any other BX's in Bristol anymore..

Well, to narrow it down, it was around 6:30pm, I was heading from the M5 up the A38 to Dursley in the (white headlights) GS dragging an Ami Super Service van on a trailer, but I guess at that time of night I probably looked just big!

Would have been me then, I cant imagine you'd come up the M5 then head up the A38 as far as Junc 13! Cant say I noticed anything pretty coming the other way, but then I usually spend much of time looking in the mirrors at the arse about 3" off my bumper on the 38...

Nope - by the time I'd realised what was coming towards me and had got over the shock, we'd passed each other.
