I need to do this on mine soon, does anyone know if it's a replaceable filter or is it just a washable gauze type and I assume it's a sumppan removal and not in the end panel?

It's all well documented in the official manual... you can still get the pdf on the wayback machine... looks like you'd need it too with all those different length bolts!

That's the problem, I did change it with a new one from gsf... or maybe that was the problem and I should have got it somewhere else!

GSF accy sphere should be ok, perhaps the one you have is duff or there might be another issue with the hydraulics that is affecting the tick time?? If the lhm is ancient, that might be another causal effect, hopefully hydraflush might help.
