Post by -=RAMZES=- »

Hi to everybody, my name is Yaroslav, I am from Ukraine. I have Citroen BX Break 1.9 diesel 1986 years old. Our family hold it for 12 years. i drive it for 3.5 years. I love it very much. It took a lot of money and afforts to make it right now.

P.S. Sorry for my Enlish, i have studied it for 7 yaers ago. Since that time i have no practise...

Welcome to the forum bud.

a very nice MK 1 BX you have there. Well done.
I look forward to seeing many more pics of your rare motor. There is only the one similar registered in this country.

Em, i don't put an HDI engine , yet. Now i have a donor Xantia 2.0 HDi and i think that HDI project will be done in Spring. I have no desire to do it now, it's too cold. Here some present photos of my car...

Blimey. Your BX did look very much like my estate, but now definitely doesn't! I prefer the Mk1 looks with the smaller indicators, but yours looks very nice now.

Nice motor bud, but its originally a MK 1, not a MK2 as you have turned it it into and thats what i was commenting about.
I think you have devalued the motor doing what you have done to it.

Much more rare as it was as a MK 1, they are getting very scarce now, be much more impressed with you if you reversed the process, and got rid of those wheels!!!. It wont go any faster with them.

To be fair, I think Mk1 estates are only rare in our country. They sold quite a few of them in LHD form so I personally don't mind that this chap has done what he wants with his. I don't mind the wheels either, even though they're not the sort of thing I'd fit.

Welcome along Yaroslav (eventually  ) Regarding the modifications, then if you like them that's the main thing. It's your car to do with as you please, and better that it survives in a modified form rather than scrapped.

Looks great! Does it still have the MK1 interior? They're the best.
Fantastic to see some one giving a BX some loving.

Looks fabulous! I prefer original mk1s but I'm a crusty old sod - a young man wants a young mans car with a bit of 'bling'.

I've a sneaking regard for all that 'max power' mod stuff - I'd just look like I was having a mid-life crisis if I got involved!

A lovely looking car - well done! ^^bx>
