On e-Bay, I'd be interested as it's local but not for £300 after being stored for 15 years. Low miles though so could still be interesting...

Here's the key info:
Thread here...Defender110 wrote:O dear! I've just come back fron viewing this car and quite simply I would not value it at any more than scrap value. I didn't have long to look over it but think I saw enough. The body is quite rust free with just a bit of surface rust in the usual O/S rear door / wing seam. and some surface rust on the bottom of 2 of the doors. The front inner wings are rust free and original. So structurally spot on although all the paint is very flat.
I opened the drivers door and was hit by that very strong smell of damp and first impressions was no way is this an 8,000 mile interior. The interior plastics door handles etc. are faded more than my 70,000 miler, the gear knob / steering wheel show more signs of wear with the steering wheel having an aftermarket cover on over the rim. The seats all had seat covers on and peeling them back didn't reveal any as new upholstery.
The throttle pedal is as worn and as mine with no paint remaining on it although the clutch pedal rubber was not very worn.
The biggest shock was lifting the bonnet; the engine is virtually a white fluff ball with with every bit of metal, bracketry and pipes covered in a few mm of that white damp corrosion stuff or rust. It has quite obviously been stored in damp conditions for a few years without moving and would need a lot of money spending in the engine bay alone replacing almost everything. Surprisingly the only thing that made the 8,000 miles on the clock look genuine was an undamaged or faded paper factory parts sticker on the white corrugated air inlet hose. Looking underneath the floors/ sills again all looked solid but the jacking points on the sills had signs of being well used which doesn't tally to the mileage unless it was serviced every 500 miles of the 8,000 miles. The boot area was aslo tatty and didn't colabarate the mileage. Both back lights are now broken too.

This is the 3rd time it's been on and supposedly sold twice and fell through twice although it has come down £200 since first being advertised.
