I've never seen this till recently:

A few Citroen and Bx photos in the bottom half of the page and the Volvo Tundra has a Mk1 Bx look about it.

The Tundra was a design by Gandini/Bertone that lead directly to the BX. Well spotted.

Another Bertone design with a decent hint of BX to it - the 1970s Reliant FW11 prototype...

Squint a bit and you'll see more than a hint of BX in a Skoda Favorit...

Image

(admittedly, this shows a front end treatment I've not seen in the UK, but is even closer to a BX than what we got)
'92 BX GTi Hurricane - gone to a good home
'90 BX 19TGD estate - goes, but not going anywhere!
'90 BX 19TGD hatch in even more bits...
'71 Dyane project
'74 2CV6 project
'82 2CV6 Club - gone to a good home
the remains of an '88 2CV6 Dolly - watch this space!
...and a '95 VW Passat auto estate!!

Not sure about the Favorit link, though the estate is very similar to the BX in its 'conversion' style.

I really like the Favorit. I do seem rather drawn to angular cars! I want a Dyane as well, which is a 2CV with some more straight lines added...

Both are Bertone designs, and if you look at the arrangement of lenses in the rear lamp clusters of a Favorit and a (pre-smoked) BX saloon...

Many years ago i had a Favorit GLXIXILGXIIIILX estate in "hairy vomit green", it was without a doubt a genuinely brillint car (for what it was)!

2 memories of it always spring to mind...

1: it had the worlds most useless diff and would spin the inside wheel everytime you accelerated through a left hander, and

2: I sold a peugeot 605 on ebay and had to deliver it from Basingstoke to Luton, so popped off to the scrappies for a towbar for the skoda, nearest thing i could find was off a Mk2 Astra so bodged it on, added the trailer laden with the 605 and off i went on my merry way... surprisingly the story ends there, did the journey just fine, all with it's 1300cc power plant!

Good car, fond memories, nuff said!
I have zero patience for your tedium.
