Interesting question. And with the ZX 16v and Saxo VTS they dropped the 16S entirely and badged them 16v.
Renault were using 16S on the R19 and Clio mk1 IIRC.

Magnesium's not cheap though.....one type will suffice! :lol:

It looks as though it's been well done too. I wouldn't like to have got that 'TÜV certified' as this is the kind of thing they start shitting raisins like bullets over! A lot of time and money spent just to get it legal. Whoever buys this won't have to wade through the telephone directory of paperwork this conversion would have entailed.
Not only is a very tidy Mk.1 BX but it's probably the fastest one around. North Germany if anyone's interested and probably closer to Uk than me.

Sellers suggests that stem seals will need changing as it's a 'bit blue' on start up
