Mick !

They look like MK1 headlight protectors, as they don't have the integral 'Wrap around' bit to protect the indicator lenses !

Anyhow, I would thought the VW GOLF HAYNES GUIDE by the same seller would have at the top of your list (Although the photo shows it to by Halfrauds)?

They dont look like BX ones to me at all, I would say more like Xantia or ZX personally..
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

They're not like any BX ones I've ever seen.

The stick-on deflector pattern is not that of a BX.

I could be wrong but i agree with Xantia theory looking at some recent xantia pics they would appear to fit that. Don't really see their purpose though: surely your indicators are more likely to get hit?

(going on the shape of the corners, and they seem too thin for bx ones)

they are mainly to protect the headlights from stones thrown up from cars in front of you .the theory being z piece of plastic is cheaper to replace than a headlight

Nowadays the headlight is cheaper to replace than the protectors....
