You might be surprised;

7 "O" rings @ 3 UKP (A$7.50) = A$52.50
plus 4 filters
4 caps
4 spacers

Total = ???????

Why not drop those guys a quick e-mail and see if they can supply you in bulk lots of say 20 of each plus say 100 "O" rings and share the cost between you as I doubt it would exceed 20 UK pounds.
Surely between this forum and the 16V board you wouldn't have any problems selling them off and at a profit but a lot less than what they'd pay over there.

You may be interested Alan and anyone else in this -
I spoke to my Bosch agents todays and Bosch themselves do not supply the service parts for ASNU servicing they are Lucas.
Anyhow the nice man is going to email me the diagrams and parts lists tonight as I do not have a fax machine.
I can then order the baskets,o-rings and filters from them and they are only 15 miles away in a place we visit almost weekly.
So if you need any of these parts let me know.

Cheers
Luke

I've found a specialist close to me to supply the new parts but i've only just found them on the internet and they've left for the day.

I've now pulled the end caps off but where are the filters and how do they come out?

Filter goes into the top of the injector.
It can be prised out using a small driver or Ezi-out or I have seen them removed by inserting a self tapping screw and just pulling out.

Try sending Luke a PM. If no luck just holler and I'll organise something from this end.

Can any of the guys off the BX16V forum contact him for you, possibly by phone?
I know they tend to socialise a fair bit.

Ian, Have you had these cleaned on a machine that runs cleaning chemical thriugh the injectors while the injectors are being pulsed in all of its modes? This is what gives the benefits as this cleaning work is done after the injector is stripped of filters, end caps etc. The replacement of these spares really can just be considered final embellishments!

Thanks but i've managed to find a company today who is supplying me with the parts which i'm hoping should be here today.

I've had the injectors cleaned at work. I work for Rolls-Royce Aero Engines so we have the technology!
