Back on ebay now, 3 day listing, still no contact to me despite me offering to make good on our original deal. Stupid but I'm almost more gutted about a good BX going to waste than losing my money

8 negatives in last 6 months - the one above sums them up - worst feedback i've seen for quite a while

Not sure if this'll help but I had this reply when sending a complaint to eBay:

Hello ------

We don't also allow members to email offers to buy or sell listed items outside the eBay website. Always make sure that your User ID is listed as the winning bidder on the 'Item ended' page before sending money for a purchase.
We’re always concerned about policy violations. Please be assured that we’ll look into the seller’s account and we’ll take appropriate action if necessary based on our site rules. The actions we can take against poor-performing sellers include: issuing the member an informational alert, a temporary suspension, an indefinite suspension or terminating the member’s account.
If you can’t see what action was taken this doesn’t mean that we haven’t taken any. Bear in mind that most of these actions can’t be seen by other members.
