My Car Is On E-bay

Post by bx petrol auto saloon »

Dear All.
I was, as you do, flicking through all things BX like, on ebay
when I suddenly spotted a lovely brand new Tailblazer for a BX
I thought wow you don,t see many of them around these days :!:
It was only on closer inspection, that I spotted a lovely photo of a
white 1993 1.6cc BX TXi with a lovely pram handle spoiler and sunroof,
abs and air-con. I was totally gobsmacked to find it is a photo of MY
BX  L 377 NVC.
All The Best.

Dear Tim and Mick.
I sent him a message through ebay, he did offer to blank out the
reg. no. for me, but I thought it wasn,t worht worring about, but it was
good of him to offer though
I had bid on it once, but, I too think that all of the bids are not
geniune  so I am not bidding anymore
Mick, I tend to agree, it wouldn,t match mine either

I think the best thing tailblazers can match is the bottom of the wheeliebin you throw them in.

Can't hack em! Them and any other additional stick-on plastic stuff. Stick without it and be proud

I like headlight protectors, but ironicaly they are now rarer and more expensive than the actual headlights that they are supposed to protect.

Go figure

I liked the look of the tailblazer on the 14 I had, but wouldn't go out and buy one especially.

Headlamp protectors are useful for when the glass decides to fall out, but clear stick on plastic sheet can work well for stone protection. In 23 years of motoring I think I've lost more windscreens than headlights out on the road, and the best way of guarding against damage is to not drive too close to the car in front!

Hahaha! There's me saying no plastic tat and I'd forgotten I've got headlamp protectors  Guilty as sin!

I actually put them on because I had them kicking around and my headlamps don't line up with the indicators very well, so it kind of smooths the rough lines out a bit.

As I've said in reply to a PM, I've not decided to sell them yet, but if I do, They will go on E-bay, and I will let you all know on here so everyone can have a fair crack of the whip.
