I'm very sorry to ruin the line up you had planned Tim but I will no longer be able to make this event. :(

That's alright, just give me your car and I'll make sure the line up is as planned!

Hope it's because of something better rather than bad news.

I had'nt realised it clashed with a dive charter boat I have booked on Saturday 11th. I'm sure when I first looked at the dates of this event and confirmed I would be able to make it that it didn't clash with any of my charters which were all booked in September last year as soon as the tide timetables came out. :?

This event has bloody crept up on me! Haven't done any organising yet, but I get paid a week today so can book tickets then. My plan is to attend the Thursday, Friday and part of Saturday, then home for Steve's birthday.

My GT will most definitely not be roadworthy before the ICCCR and the Astra is tired and filthy so I would like to offer my driving services to any fellow BXers that may have more BX's than bodies. I'm sure i've read a post recently with someone asking for a volunteer to pilot a BX to the ICCCR, but as usual I cannot find it.

I'm very excited, this sounds like it's going to be amazing! It's just a shame I won't be there in my GT. There's always next time though.
I'm not a Saint, or a James, but a Tom Saint-James!

We're also likely to be heading up on the Thursday - especially as we've spotted that there's a Ceilidh that night. If it's anything like the one we had at Kelso in 2005, it'll be hugely entertaining chaos. Slightly worried that there won't be enough people there that night but I guess we'll see. Those coming from overseas are probably looking to make more than just a weekend of it.

After much discussion it looks like we (my partner and I) may be coming up Saturday night from our campsite in the bogs of Leicestershire and then going back late Sunday afternoon. We'll make a final decision tonight but it is looking promising. I hope someone can save us a small tent space.
