I can bring you a set to the ICCCR, if you DEFINATLY want some and are ok to pay for them then or prior, I normally insist on paypal up front, purely as ive been dicked about over these before hand hence why Im not having anymore made up.

As long as you get the money up front & do recorded delivery, as you now are doing, all problems should be solved? The PO can't be trusted tbh, perhaps its a revenue making game, they are hoping more people will just pay for recorded delivery.
I must admit, if i sell anything via e-bay, it will be recorded so as not to be out of pocket big style & purchasers claiming they've never received the item (when they have)....
