Thanks to you both for your comments. Tim, do you realise that when you reply to this post you`ll only be two short of the magic mark?
I think Stewart may be warming the goat up as I type!
being in wales i would rather not gain a mental image of just how Stewart will be 'warming the goat' maybe it involves the use of velcro wellies and gloves!
Im starting to think we should all go for a camp at a car show over the summer and get some ales in, though i'm not having first go of the goat again!
I would love this but i have no way of collecting it plus when its converted to a diesel I dont know if i could get insurance as it would be classed a a special.
Would be great to see this car back with a working 16V engine, but any engine would be better than it being broken IMHO, it truly was (the last time I saw it) a lovely car.
Looks like there may be a happy ending to this tragic tale after all
Hope the car gets a 16v rather than a diesel though as it was definitely one of the better condition 16vs on the road.
Cheers

really isn't a hassle to restore it back to its former glory, shouldn't take too much capital either, i can probably source everything it needs but have no reason to do the job as i can't use the car (and i aint got no money )
