What with the general UBXM stickers available for purchase on the day, I think the sticker collections will be increasing significantly.

I will be coming along as a passenger in Mark's 16v, along with Tim. Mark, Tim, can you PM me the itinerary (crossing times there and back, etc.) and when we are expected to arrive at the Conservatoire, what the plans are for the day (lunch etc) and if we are going to pop by Cite Europe/Supermarket en route home. I took my eye off the ball a bit and have lost track. I shall make my way to Stevenage and park up there (Sandre - will that be OK?) so, Tim, won't need picking up from here.

Any other info I need to have? (I have the form Xemes posted up, printed out, filled in ready to hand over).

No problem Phil, you got my address & phone no. I haven't got printer facilities atm, so would be everso grateful if one of you could bring me a blank form to fill in on the Friday please? - thanks.

Tunnel times: 0504 Sat am, return 2050 Sat pm, back in Blighty 2025 Sat pm (all local times of course). I know Mark wants sofa space Sat night as it's a long haul back for him, anyone else? Just so I know and have sufficient tea, milk and cheese toastie ingredients in house ...

Will do Sandre. OK, Tim, that's fine for you - you might want to bring driver's licence too. Mark'll also need the mandatory kit, like bulbs, triangle, alcohol testers x2 etc. as well as all car and insurance paperwork, plus driving licence as well.

As far as I can tell then, the earliest we can expect to arrive at the Conservatoire is 10:30 am. This seems to mean that we'll be on the second tour: "...10.45 departure for the 2nd conservatoire tour beginning 11.00". What's planned for the rest of the day (bearing in mind we would have to arrive at the Terminal in Calais at say, 20:15 latest)? If we wanted to shop at Cite Europe we'd need to leave the Factory area at about 14:45-15:00... So it could mean that after the visit and chat it's off to lunch somewhere near and then drive up to Calais...? What's everyone else thinking/planning?

Arrival Calais is 0639, I was hoping to get to Aulnay for about 10, traffic permitting - especially as le petit dejeuner is included in the price! - it's what, 300 km, but motorway most of the way? I bow to your superior knowledge tho' Phil, it's been a loooong time since I've driven in France.

The entente cordiale also extends to UBXM springing for tea at 1600 (except they call it gouter 'cos they don't speak proper like what we does). I was going to propose lunch (somewhere), chat, tea, depart, hit the duty free and home. Who wants to waste time shopping when there's Citroens about? :D (No, I'm not a proper girl, so sue me).
Mark'll also need the mandatory kit -
Image - Paul, did you get sorted with all this (borrowed or bought) as well?

You'll need a good €25 for tolls, each way, though i prefer to pay by card (its quicker normally).

Im being chauffeured in Marks 16v this time but will of course chip in. I understand lunch is included in the 45 euros weve already paid so it will be a bit of spending money etc.

I don't think lunch is included Tim, breakfast is.

Trip to the Post Office ("gimme euros") for me tomorrow on the way back from dropping the car at Rob M's. Envy me my glamorous and exciting life with travel to exotic destinations.
