Still three sets available...

Actually, there's another set of front genuine discs available elsewhere on the bay (without packaging) for £21.50 posted.

Kev,
When I read your posting and E-Bay link, two sets had already sold to one buyer and one set was still available !

I then checked the seller's other items for BX and XM bits (Where I spotted the BX 'QH rears'), I then checked the link for the fronts and noticed that there'd all gone (Ended:-03 Oct, 201213:17:27 BST) I made my first post straight afterwards including the link for the Rears which also now showing as ended !
However it looks like they've just pulled the listing as there showing as being unsold in the sellers COMPLETED list which also shows some unsold Front 'Truepart' discs !

Strange - when I click the link it's still saying two sold (which are the ones I bought...) and three still available...

Erm, You must be looking at THIS !

But try clicking onto the 'Link' in the E-Bay listing above where its states '3-AVAILABLE' and it just opens a window stating ended !
But just to be 100% sure of what current/live BX E-bay items the seller has available, check out THIS link !

Ah yes, I see where I went wrong!
Anyway, I got two pairs and a spare pair of genuine rears from elsewhere... they can sit tight on the shelf for a while 'til needed

For anyone else who wants some there are still these:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CITROEN-BX-FR ... 608wt_1165

and http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-BX-br ... 500wt_1413

And if anyone could explain in idiot's terms how to put a short link rather than the full thing, without using a third party URL generator, I'd be grateful...

Wonderful Kev =D> =D>

All you need now, is to learn how to get the direct link for an E-bay image/photo, without the need for using Photo-bucket (Or similar hosting) to get this :-

Image

 When you've got your E-bay listing item open, basically its works as follows:-

a) Click onto the 'ENLARGED' photo of the sellers E-Bay item (This so as to get a decent size photo/image into the forum post) !
b) Using the mouse/cursor, hover over the enlarged photo and right-click open 'View page info'
c) In that new/opened window (At the top of the page) select the 'Media Icon'
d) Right click/copy the highlighted address/link in the address box below the 'Media Icon'
e) Then in the forum message box select/drop in the 'IMG'
f) Finally paste the copied 'Text' address/link (From 'd' above) between the square bracket 'Img' openings Image

That's it, Bob's your Aunty !

Since fitting genuine citroen front discs, all i get is squeeling, so not particularly impressed. I've fitted in the past cheapo patterns & not had any probs with them, so unless they are as cheap as patterns i'm in no rush to buy some more tbh.

Currently on genuine discs and pads, and I get an occasional very tiny squeal just as the brakes come on, usually when I'm only braking a little bit. Nothing major o annoying though.
