2013 CCC NATIONAL RALLY, Thank you Everyone!

Post by Tim Leech »

Is to be held the weekend of July 20th-21st 2013 at wicksteed park

http://www.wicksteedpark.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Guess who got roped into organising it again :roll: so I expect volunteers! [-o<

Mark if you could make sure you bring BX Club HQ :wink:

Camping overnight on Friday and Saturday is £15 a pitch (yes I know its pricey but thats £5 less than they normally charge).

Free entry to CCC members as the rally field hire isnt much this time, obviously its up to the indiviual what rides etc they choose to go on, these are charegable at normal rates.

Sounds good, although I'm intrigued by this:

'Founded by Charles Wicksteed, the inventor of Children's play'

So did kids just sit around quietly before he invented this? If so he has a lot to answer for :lol:

Looks good Tim. BX club HQ will definitely be in attendance. Hopefully I'll have a Honda eu10 'suitcase' generator by then so power shouldn't be an issue. Re volunteering, Tim just let me know what you need.

Cheers Mark, its the initial set up of the signage and "personning the door", making a note of what cars come in, and taking the money on the gate.

Put my name down for setting up signs. Re taking monies off people, I'm a bit of a socialist at heart and I'd probably let everyone in for free!! :)
