Not keen on that, for reasons outlined in PM. I don't think it really matters to have different seats as we'll have a mixture in the cars on the stand for people to at least look at and (possibly if owners are happy and with supervision) sit on.

Ok not to worry unless someone else had a spare passenger seat that they are willing to donate/lend.

Ian, I am getting confused! I offered one possibly two tables now Tim L has offered another. How many do I bring?
To remove any doubts table(s) apart I am bringing:
Me, the car, two camping chairs, at least one table, red, white, blue catering table cloth paper, 30th Birthday Cake with logo, 2 x bottles Fizzy Stuff, paper plates, paper napkins, disposable glasses.
Can I suggest we agree without a month of cackling about it to cut the cake and have the fizzy at 1600 on SATURDAY inviting Chairman of CCC, TOC 2CV GB to join that day's BX Club team AND suitable deserving lurking miscreants....
As we have more than one thread running I have put this on the other main one as well!

 - in the run up to Aulnay I resolved to offer my services to the Mayor of Rio in 2016, because organising an entire Olympics will be piss-simple after trying to sort out BXC events

If there is a general mutiny against 1600 Sat, then hang 'em from the yardarm Eoin, I'm sure you have one stashed somewhere. Otherwise, I'd suggest 11 am Sunday as a suitable alternative? I'll go with the majority decision whatever.

I don't think we can have too many tables, and if we do, we can just not use one.

Can I suggest 1500hrs for cake cutting for purely selfish reasons? I've got to be back home on Saturday night and wasn't planning on leaving the NEC much later than that.

I got 2 of the brochures from 16v.com laminated (K2425 and K2830).

In fact, I will bring the laminator with me on the Thurs in case there's any other last minute requests. I'm sure it will enjoy the trip.

Ive got about 15 BX models I can bring, but as we know the BX sport and GTi otoo models are worth quite a bit so would be worried about them getting pinched!

Safest place for models will be the parcel shelf of one of the saloons I reckon.
