Rear door quaterlight windows

Post by Kitch »

Are these bonded in or something? I thought I remembered removing some years ago and just unbolted them, but could well have been thinking of an AX.
Can't see a way to remove them - the only fixing I can see is the bottom of a screw from the drop glass side once I've pulled the channel guides out.

'Tis weird :?

Nope not bonded but are VERY tight and held in by a plastic piece the fits between the window and a folded up part of the door metal. When i did them I used lots of WD 40 and slid them out
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

What a pig! Cheers Tim, all out now. Had to cut the rubbers a bit but no one will notice.

have done these myself they are not bonded just a very tight fit, the older the rubbers the tighter they will be, i think there is a small screw or rivet or similar holding the bottom of window on a metal plate u wont get it out without removing this first, good luck
