A very tidy looking red hatch poss gti, ( with roof rack ). Picture on page 65 of retro cars in this months addition, taken at Prescott hill climb. Only small picture though, anyone from here ?

Hopefully can get my valver featured when resto complete! Be good to get some mag space for the old girl.

All in good time, the force is strong in this one. Its currently at Chervronics Getting the cambelt done. Along with a few other items.

Can't say how delighted I am to learn my old white valver's getting a resto!

I was at Chevronic last week and warned them to expect a white valver - did Rob say he was expecting you?

Dropped it off in the middle of the night, keys through the box job.

That's why I couldn't sleep all night for the fear of some chav messing with it.

she doesn't need a full bare metal job as still cleans up well, considering she hit 185k last week.
Just going to get few rust patches sorted then respray, then complete rust proofing done ( maybe through rob )

All the window seals have shrunk and laminate in the windscreen starting to go white, so enough to keep me busy over winter, hopefully by spring it will look near factory again.
