Snow update from slightly higher up the country than Gaydon,

Its gone, all of it. There was still 4" in the back garden yesterday evening, now there is nothing. And it's become rather wet too. And sunny. Balls, means i'll have to clean the car now!

I've even blasted most of the filth off the TXD. Hoping that all this rain will have washed the salt away...

Mike I have a set of suitably patinered rear headrests for Timex you are welcome too, but they are missing the stems, a set of cut down fronts will do.
Yes please Tim - thanks!

I'm stuck at work today, but if I can drag myself out of bed in time tomorrow I may wave a wet sponge in the general direction of Timex.

Hi All
I wish I had the money for the diesel and I would be there in the naughty park in my freshly written off Xantia.(A bottle of Tcut and elbow grease) new valve and balance , refit wheelarch liner and mudflap, pop bumper back in place, all looking nearly as good as it was before the accident.
I am amazed that to repair it the estimate was £1350. hence it was beyond ecconomical repair.
Good luck and have a great meet all of those that are going. =D>

Apologies for shooting off without saying goodbye to every one.

Mat couldn't cope with the shame of the Focus, so i was his chaperone, and he needed to get back to the dogs!

Was very nice to meet up with folk, and meet some new faces. Pub was rather amusing, entrance fee to the museum less so. Don't feel so bad about the sea of oil, LHM and diesel we variously left over their nice car park now...

Excellent turn out, chilly, but sunny.

Nice to catch up with so many people and meet some new faces, thanks all.

We got back in a short while ago, after braving more fresh snow and heavy flooding on the way back. Annoyingly it was over the sill on the driver's side, so I have soggy footwells. Just after I've dried out the carpets after fixing the water leak!!

But enjoyable to meet up again, if briefly, and sory for dashing off without saying goodbye to everyone.

Yep - If they saw us all swapping parts between vehicles I bet they wondered what was going on!

Good to see everyone there, catch up, meet new people etc, etc, etc.

Good one Mark!

Good to hear it all went well and parts were swapped.
What is the point of having a meet up and not swapping part's
Indeed well done to Mark for organizing it I am sorry I wasn't able to attend.
Maybe there will be other meeting's before the National.
Kermit.
PS I hope to check on the possibility of resurecting the Green Hornet later this month.
