Hey, no bitching or bad feelings from my direction. Merely pointing out that 995 may have been an optimistic price - however at the end of the day a car is worth what it's buyer will pay - my comment was based on my view of it's value as a prospective buyer, rather than a pointless bitchy comment. I was going to say I hope it sells for a good price, but you don't really sound like you want to sell it, which I can totally understand :D So good luck with whatever happens to it, it looks like a good BX for someone who can do a few bits and bobs his/her self.

hehe, no worries, like i said, there were none to compare to apart from one listed at 1295 and was tidy but had already had paint, i think at my 500 reserve it should do ok, usually with ebay, put a low buy it now u get some people offering half, a higher buy it now they think its a bargain when they get it cheaper by being cheeky hehe, could do with the money ofcourse but not that bothered if it doesnt go, deep down i am a bit of a shitroen fan lol, cheers

I feel really guilty now for being rude! :( Best of luck with the sale! 8)

P.S Kermi and Fozzy have asked me to ask you, if they really really promise to look after it are you absolutely sure you wouldn't sell it to them? (they're nice guys really - bit like me!) :D

P.P.S. I did struggle to try and find something nice to say about the VW, but it just didn't happen! :D

In the relative anonymity of an internet forum admitting to 'likeing' it is one thing. Being prepared to be seen in it in broad daylight in the full view of the great British public is quite another! :D

I have seen a few "woody" passats and quote like the look, I even thought of doing it to the trajet,
After all its only vinyl and can come off,

Thinking about it, its no worse than covering a car in tiger stripes....oh wait a minute .

hehe, only kerm n fozzy though, ur right about them, the mcqueen i only used twice after it was done, i did it for the kids as i have 8!! (so not always been a bx fan lol) had loads of people wanting to 'rent' it for their kids parties n stuff, was funny.., the woody i thought was pretty cool in a way, it cost me £25 for the vinyl n just thought if i dont like it it will come off easy enough, with a bit of heat it went on and curved round real easy, im thinking of doing something in marble next hehe
