If the price is good enough then yes - The local garage charges £6 / Lt and I can get a box of 6 x 1lt from the local factors at around £24 (both of these Comma), but if anyone can better that with a bulk purchase then I'll go for it.

He's looking into what sort of deal he can do me for LHM in either 5L or 25L packaging. If the price is good would there be any interest in a group purchase?
Yes, dependant on price! But I imagine it'd be a good one if we club together like.

OK, I'll see what price he comes up with. I guess the tricky bit will be distributing it - I'd be assuming delivery to a central location - Nick the 2CV man at Loughborough would be my first choice (unless anyone's near enough to Warrington to pick up direct from them?), as Mr Rock Oil won't be wanting the hassle of posting out to individuals.

I'm not a million miles from Warrington Kev. 25l containers might be a struggle, but I could certainly stow some 5l ones in the back of the BX/XM.

I would have thought 5L ones would be preferable for most of us anyway. I know Rock OIl are based in Warrington - although I'm not sure if their distribution is based there as well. Will find out more on monday.

Got to cheaper to fix the leak, surely...
Had this with my digger, which holds something like 70L of hydraulic oil. It was costing more to run in fluid than it was in diesel!
