Just put the TGD Estate in for her MOT, a few days late which is unlike me as i forgot to check the dates and good heavens she passed!!
Total costs other than the MOT for the last 4 years comes to £5.20. Result!!

You know what i mean bud, the cost of doing things to get her through the MOT. Insurance for all 6 costs 200 quid, unlimited mileage so that aint bad either!!

Of course, that's implied by the winking smiley.

What level of cover do you get for your £200, who is it with? Seems cheap on the face of it - why so?

That is insane! My cackhouse Mondeo cost €500 to get thru its last TüV and is now dying on the street, replaced by the BX GTi :) Don't think I ever had a car costing so little to run as yours!! I have had a couple of MOT passes without question though - great feeling isn't it :D

Wonderful feeling bud, didnt feel she would pass but i have looked after her over the last 12 months, as i have with all the others and nothing has gone wrong, drives just great.
No advisories either.
Paid 350 quid for her on ebay 8 years ago, worth every penny in my book. OK, i have spent money on her and she will need timing belt and water pump doing soon but great value for money i feel.

I can top that in terms of MOT passes - in 9 years, my BX has only failed the MOT once, on front to rear fuel pipes. I've spent more than £1.30 a year on parts and servicing though!

Still well chuffed that she has passed again, rust in the rear side panel is getting pretty bad though so will have to cut out that from the scrapper.

Congrats on the MoT pass. I wish my insurance was so cheap, Stripey is costing me £114 a month on a 4k limited policy! I hate being a 'new' driver.
