Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

Bringing a brolly is not a problem Tim. If i was to park offroad around here at the moment i would need a tractor to tow me out and thats something i wont subject a MK 1 BX to, or a MK 2 for that matter.
Lets hope it improves quite a lot.

last year it was a bit damp but the place where we parked was on a hill so the water drained away.

Screw the burgers, I'm after the Stilton cheese!! :-D Seconded on the chilly weather last year. It was lovely and warm when I left Lancaster. Paul is popping over to mine at Easter for some BX fettling. So wear sunglasses folks, as I suspect the valver might receive some polishing by the Autoglym Meister. [-o<

The way things are going weather wise, it will be winter woollies that are needed or sturdy waterproofs.
Had hoped to have done quite a bit of work on Gloria by now but ime mafraid the weather has been against me. Here's hoping that there will be time over Easter.
Be great to meet a lot of you.

So, looking past the current wintry conditions, this is two weeks today!

I'll have to get Alan to have a word with his friend's in high places again...

If the weather was so bad that the grassed area was unsuitable then I am currently in talks with Burghley regarding an area of hardstanding right outside the house...

Updates to follow as and when...

On other forums they've got a list going of people attending, so I've just had a look on here and constructed a quick list of those saying that they're attending...

1. BX 16v - Mark
2. BX TZD Turbo (The Aubergine)
3. BX 19TGD (Daisy)
4. Timex - Mike
5. ghaddon
6. BX 19RD Auto (Gloria) - Andy
7. Hilary
8. vulgalour ?
9. Sandre ?
10. Tim

So that's so far from on here, which is promising! The more the merrier though - apologies if I missed you out, or if you're not planning to attend. Feel free to copy'n'paste the list and add yourself to it.

Few more details for you:

Arrival from 9:30am please!

Cost will be £5 parking for each car.

Prize-giving for awards will be at 3:00pm (or before depending on weather etc).

2 for 1 entry to House & Gardens on production of CCC Membership card.

For info, below are the attendance numbers from last year - can we beat them?!

BX - 26
Xantia - 19
XM - 13
CX - 9
Others - 16
