Looking at that,I would say hmmmmmmmm,replace the cap and see if it's any better.I'd be surprised if it wasn't

Looks like it!

I once bought a cheap intermotor brand dizzy cap for my BX and lasted me 6K miles. Cost me £9. Then got a Ducellier cap and rotor set for £12 lasted me a lot longer! that long I have no idea how long it lasted! :D

Hi At 18 years old I think it's fair to say that it's time it went.(and the rotor arm.) Should make a difference.

I've not even opened it to be honest. I just gave it straight to Sue and told her to put it in her car!

Dont worry Tim its just a spare to sit in the boot! Saying that though i'm sure she's more than capable of fitting it, she did do an engineering apprenticeship!
