Citroen South West Group - Bristol Car Show 21/04/13

Destination: Bristol Car Show, Bath and West Showground, Shepton Mallet
We’re meeting up with the North Somerset Tin Snails 2CV Group for a drive over to the show to celebrate the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs Drive It Day. I’m not ageist though so if your classic isn’t on the road or you don’t have one, feel free to come along in your 2004 Citroen Xsara Picasso or whatever.

If you can’t make it (I know, doing things 9:45 on a Sunday…if I was in charge it would be a punishable offense) meet us as detailed below.

Time: 11am
Cost per person: £12 on the door/£11 in advance
This promises to be a good one, 65 club stands and around 165 traders along with an auto jumble and auction of classic vehicles and automobilia. There are 3 Citroen related stands, BX Club, Citroen Car Club Flat Four and 2CVGB.

We'll be there with 'Bleriot' displayed on the BX Club stand, honoured to be able to show him off. Hoping to demonstrate that the BX is a perfect 'daily driver' classic car

Out with 'Alfonse', our blue & yellow 2CV all day on Saturday, but will be on the stand on Sunday so please come along and say 'hello'

Andrew (TizzyD) and I will be there on sunday.

We are visiting family in Bristol on saturday, and overnighting at a B/B (Pub) in Shepton Mallet so that we can meet up with the Drive-it folks in Wells on sunday morning.
