Hi and welcome to the BXClub.
I bought my one owner BX 16 valve via eBay, so I would make that your first port of call (apart from the for sale/wanted section on here of course). CarandClassic.co.uk would be my second choice.
As I'm sure you're aware nice examples are becoming rare, so you might have a longish wait for the right car to come along, but it will be worth the wait.

1989 BX GTi 16 valve. Blanc Alpine. Completed the Citroen Classic Challenge Ecosse and 1337 miles without a hitch.

You might get some response on the BX 16valve forum, most of the regular users/owners are on here, but it is the place where most valvers pop up for sale(after eBay of course).
