Why has the turbo been removed
It seems like he doesn't know much about bxes 1.9 doesn't have a turbo.
So the problem what hes described. Maybe due to miss understanding of the car

does the turbo diesel take more oil then the non turbo diesel?
Maybe hes been over filling it hence the oil everywhere
