Re: Wanted: Rear body panel
Cheers Malcolm
Tried the googling thing last night, and even armed with the relevant part number i came a blank.
Will try Barry tomorrow, though the rot hasnt climbed too far up the panel so the required repair section isn't very complicated, so i might just make one up.

Hi Vanny,
been working on the scrapper today, removed the rear sub frame with ease with my mate Tim and on inspecting the state of the rear end, well, it in the best condition of all of the motor. As Malcolm suggests, its well worth cutting off as its all there. However, i cant do this for you but you are most welcome to do this for free.
Its going to be moved soon so there will be no electricity near it soon.

Re: Wanted: Rear body panel
Cheers Andy. Barry thinks he might have a full rear panel buried somewhere, so i will see what he finds. Otherwise i'll be in touch.
Should be OK without power though, i have me ways with these things!

Mothmans scrapper is a estate, would that fit?
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....
Re: Wanted: Rear body panel
Malcolm said in an earlier post that he believes they are common to both saloon and estate Tim.

Re: Wanted: Rear body panel

i said the end sections might be the same shape as a hatch, as the centre section will be a completely different shape,
as the estate has a big chunk missing were the tail gate fits
