I'd hate to think what types of people are attracted to owners of a BX, haha....Its not exactly a beautiful looking car. My nephew commented recently that my TXD was from the sixties because he thought that a car made in 1992 was old, he's 7 by the way, haha....

I gave a lift to 3 young lady work colleagues two weeks ago and they just loved my car. They were blown away by the single wiper blade and loved the way the radio was ticked away out of view. They also appreciated the spacious boot and the big sunroof. The suspension was already at full height when they got in so I missed out on the "oooooohs" and "aaaaaahs" that would have brought forth.

Speaking as a member of the so-called fairer sex myself, I would be mightily attracted to a man with a BX, but only if he'd let me drive it.

...actually that's a lie. My car's on a hoist five feet in the air. Only Olympic-standard high jumpers and pole vaulters are likely to be successful, so that narrows the field significantly.

As for attracting the ladies, the only vehicle I had any success with that way was the H van, but she turned out to be married (the lady, not the van!).

When M and I got together I did explain my rather strange taste in french cars (and it was a case as they come as part of the deal), and that I had 5 of them (at that time), inroads have been made and last night we spent the evening swopping wheels round....of which was mentioned "I quite enjoyed that" even the rear wheels were a pain to get on in the half light

Well ,when I met Julie I had the skoda estelle, we got married and got a bx and she fell pregnant for Jordan, Julie got pregnant again and we moved up to an 8 seater cx , 4 more bx's later no more kids but we have been married 20 years today
